2. What is your refund policy for Shopping Cart?

If at any time within 60 days of your purchase you don't think Waterwheel Shopping Cart is for you, we'll provide you with a prompt and courteous refund, usually within just hours of receiving your refund request. Simply contact us after purchase to request a refund.
3. Can I modify my copy of Shopping Cart?
   Sure. Waterwheel Shopping Cart comes with complete PHP source code, so you are free to modify the code to suit your requirements. You are able to modify both the functionality of the applications and the look and feel of them to better suit your needs. Please keep in mind that all copyright notices must remain intact (in the source code) and that modified versions can not be resold or distributed without our prior consent. We also cannot support modified code.
4. Is Shopping Cart installed on my web server?
   Yes, Waterwheel Shopping Cart is installed directly on your web server, which means no monthly fees and no transaction, email fees etc. We have easy to follow step by step installation process, or we can install it for you for a nominal fee. See the pricing page for complete details.
   Waterwheel Shopping Cart can be installed on virtually any web hosting account and do not require a dedicated server. A paid installation usually takes no longer than 24 hours. If you require installation it can be purchased during checkout.
5. What server requirements do I need to run Waterwheel Shopping Cart?

6. Can I have an additional license key for our test server before going live?
   Yes. We understand the staging process involved when developing a website and our licensing system accomodates this.
   If you purchase any of our products and generate the license key for your test server then all you have to do is contact us and we'll give you a new license key for your production server at no additional charge.
7. Is there a time-limited or other type of trial I can download?
   Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer trial versions. We do however have an online demo, and we offer a 60 day, 100% Money back gaurantee, so if you do have any problems or concerns, we can always refund your purchase.
8. Can I use Waterwheel Shopping Cart with an existing web site?
   Yes. Waterwheel Shopping Cart can be used on its own or as part of an existing web site - you would simply customize the header and footer HTML in your store so that it looks like your existing web site. All store designs include simple HTML and CSS and are extremely easy even for those with basic knowledge of HTML to customize.
9. I have a payment gateway and I don't know if it is supported in Waterwheel Shopping Cart.
   All currently supported payment gateways are listed here. New payment gateways are being added every release. If it is not on this list, we can help to build the payment provider for you. Contact us for a quote!
10. Do you provide any customization for Shopping Cart?
    Yes. We can create a complete design built from scratch by our team of web designers, or we can integrate your existing design into your Waterwheel Shopping Cart store. Contact us for a quote!
11. Do I need to change anything when upgrading between my Starter/Professional edition to Professional/Enterprise edition?
    No. The only thing that you will need to change is your license key that you will receive when upgrading. This can be changed through your store admin via the Store Settings page in your store's control panel (click on Settings on the top right and then on Store Settings).
    Once this has been changed your store will automatically be switched over to the Professional/Enterprise edition. All other store information, like products, customers and orders will still be available and will not need any modifications. You don't even have to temporarily disable your site while changing your store's license key!
12. How often are product updates released?
    Product updates (which include bug fixes) are generally released every 4-8 weeks. Product upgrades (which include new features) are generally released every 2-6 months. When you purchase an Waterwheel product, you are entitled to free product updates (bug fixes) for a certain period, depending on the product purchased. After this you can optionally pay to extend your maintenance period. Please see each product's pricing page for more information.
